Implementation
  Prior to installation, Rubicon will evaluate your current hardware environment to determine the appropriate configuration to accommodate your information system requirements. New hardware and peripheral equipment will be recommended where and when necessary to satisfy your business objectives.
We can also coordinate the shipment of hardware to your site, recommend appropriate site preparation and manage the setup and on-site installation of the hardware and peripherals.
Data Conversion
  Rubicon will identify the location, layout, definition, quantity, and status of the data to be converted. Rubicon takes full ownership of the conversion process and will use a best-fit approach in migrating existing data to the Rubicon System. Conversion programs are tested and audits are performed in order to ensure data integrity prior to going live.
Business Consulting
  The Rubicon Solution offers tremendous flexibility with extensive implementation options. Although we recommend implementing the standard version in order to properly evaluate its capabilities, we understand that each company has unique requirements that may require customization. Support Services
  Technical support is included with the purchase of the Rubicon Suite. Each customer has access to real-time telephone assistance, whereby our expert consultants can answer in-depth technical as well as business operation questions. In an effort to respond quickly, we may directly access your system and resolve the issue via the Internet or modem.
